Mission 163 is beaten with Atlas and 10 Irradiated Infantry.
Subbed out 3 II for the 3 rep cards, Beta Zoid, Fate Herald, Tormenter. Time the play so the II do most of the work, and enough time to play all 3 rep cards before the mission is completed. They do not need to activate, simply get on the board.
